Capt Albert Louis is a seasoned Risk Management professional with Years of experience. Served in the most elite Special Forces Battalion of the Indian Army and an alumni of Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. During his military service he has served in active combat operational duty with the elite Indian Army - 9 PARA (Special Forces), Indian Army Corps Of Signals, Army Aero Nodal Centre, United Nation Peace Keeping Force. Actively served in mandated High Risk Special Operation Missions such as Direct action, Hostage rescue, Counter-terrorist, Unconventional warfare, Special reconnaissance, Foreign Internal Defence, Personnel recovery, Asymmetric warfare, Electronic Warfare, Counter proliferation during hostility. On United Nations (UNMEE) mission, he served as a Troop Commander of a Quick Reaction Team directly under the Force Commander of the Mission of United Nations Mission in Ethiopia and Eritrea. During the 26/11 Mumbai Terror Attacks (2008) he was in the forefront on "Ground Zero" rescuing people trapped at Hotel Trident, by effective co-ordination and liaison with Army & Law Enforcement Agencies. When one of the worst Industrial Disaster in Korba, Chattisgarh (2009) occurred, he headed a Team that was on "Ground Zero" on behest of the management, working round the clock coordinating the rescue effort with a multitude of agencies both state and central under extreme hostile circumstances and conditions resulting in a speedy recovery of the bodies trapped under the rubbles.The Team was also responsible to handle the Dynamic Risk Portfolio of the company in the wake of the disaster. He headed the threat assessment operation in troubled states like Jammu & Kashmir for “Rattle Project” commissioned under the Prime Minister’s Office for Hydel power generation of 50,000 MW. During his professional life he has held various portfolios including Asset Protection Director/Branch Chief/ Officer Commanding /Executive Officer/Operations Officer/Logistics Officer/Safety Director. Fast-track career promotion through a series of increasingly responsible management positions leading large-scale operations in INDIA and abroad. Honored with numerous commendations and awards for outstanding leadership, asset protection, general management, and field operations.
